GREAT DAY FOR A PARADE AND A KING'S IRISH COFFEE !!

                                                                Happy St.Patricks Day !!

Here's my Irish Coffee recipe which is made with Friendship, Love and Loyalty every year, and in between if your lucky enough ;-)

These are all the ingredients and the order to make it...Get your mug or tall glass, add Hot Coffee, 3 Natural Cane sugar cubes ( one for Love, one for Friendship, and One for Loyalty ), add 1oz of Bailey Irish Cream Coffee flavor ( or more than an oz depending on how big your glass is heh heh heh ;-) ), add 1oz of Jameson's Irish Whiskey, take a straw and stir it all together til the sugar is dissolved...Top off with a generous amount of Reddi Whip whipped cream (thats right I'm a Reddi-Whip Man !!) , sprinkle with a dash of Nutmeg...Top off with a Green Maraschino cherry...

..and this is what you should have ...now, You're Irish !!! Drink up !!  Slainte !! (to your health)

May you always have walls for the winds, a roof for the rain, Irish Coffee beside the fire, laughter to cheer you, those you love near you, and all your heart might desire. ~ KONYH

Safe travels peepers, hope the wearin' of the green treats you well today...I'm not that dude KONY, but I am the KONYH.

..Cheers from the NYC ~ Eamonn Rí  (King Edward) :-)

  10. Very sorry to hear of the passing of Wil Kyle, author of the Paradise Driver taxi blog. His was one of the first taxi blogs I followed and his occasional comments on my own blogs were very much appreciated. Thanks so much for letting me know.
